Indexing Belt Collating Tables

As you know, bottles come in all shapes and sizes, but all have one thing in common - the packaging designers gave absolutely no thought as to how automated packing machinery would work with these weird shapes!

Although our 'basic' collating tables are an extremely cost effective method of packing bottles, there are limitations to the shapes and type of bottles that can be efficiently handled.

Our indexing belt table was developed to cope with tall unstable bottles, oval shapes and special tray packing patterns.

Instead of expecting the bottles to push each other neatly in rows, this table 'indexes' the table belt by accurate steps to ensure bottles behave themselves.

Smooth acceleration/deceleration of the table movement ensures tall bottles continue to stand up, and this system also enables multiple trays to be packed sequentially, maximizing operator efficiency.
