Is our AQS-2 the only leak tester using 'Dual-Core' processor technology?

As it usually takes our competitors a few months to catch-up after we make a new product announcement, it's quite possible that our AQS-2 is still ahead in technology!

Why the need for speed? Simple - more speed, more features, more accuracy, and the possibility of adding some really neat ideas - such as multiple sensors cross-checking each other.

By having 2 (or more!) pressure transducers measuring the container's pressure a more accurate measurement is obtained, but more importantly the difference in the two transducers are compared.

Normally there should be virtually no difference but if either transducer drifts then an alarm can by raised. This self-checking is particularly important in critical applications such as 'UN' (DOT) approved containers.

The 80+ I/O built in as standard means our controller can connect directly to collating tables, weigh scales, multiple heads etc..

Our optional 'SD' memory card stores all test results, container weight, with time and date. The file will open directly with Excel for graphing and other analysis.

Of course there's a lot more to a leak tester than a dual core processor with tons of spare I/O - no-tools set up, solid photo cell bracketry and stainless steel conveyors are standard.
